Four of the booster rockets used during NASA's manned missions from 1961 to 1972. The Mercury-Redstone for the first two manned missions, the Mercury-Atlas for the first of the orbital missions, the Gemini-Titan rocket, and the huge Apollo-Saturn V rocket. (Apollo 7's Saturn 1B is not shown). Image was made from four large oil paintings.
