No, the ace of aces Hartmann flew Bf-109's and in JG 52, almost exclusively against the Soviets (345 kills!!), but he did have 7 kills against American airplanes. (I just double-checked that with wikipedia). This 190 was flown by Otto Stamburger. Not sure if he survived the war...most did not.

A Lockheed P-38J Lightning of the 55th FS, 20th FG, 8th Air Force in a close chase with a Luftwaffe Focke-Wulf FW-190A, of the famous JG26 , somewhere above France during the Battle of Normandy, August 1944.
