Douglas, My Uncle, Lt Colonel John Willmarth, flew one of these off a carrier in the Gulf of Tonkin during the late 1960s...he said it was a real adrenaline rush trying to land it on the carrier at night during a blinding monsoon storm with fuel tanks on empty....this image brought back many of his stories!
